Cancellation and Refund Policy

•Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to the event organiser before Friday 9th November 2018
•Cancellations received before Friday 9th November 2018 will incur a $50 administration fee plus any credit card fees (if registration was paid by credit card)
•No refund will be given for cancellations received after Friday 9th November 2018
•Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time, however please ensure all transfer information is relayed to the event organiser
•No refunds will be given on accomodation after Friday 9th March, before this date refunds will be given in full less any credit card fees.

Please also note that your registration is not secure until payment has been received. If payment is not received your registration risks being cancelled.
